One Call Executive Apprentice Network

Developing the next wave of industry leaders

The OCEAN (One Call Executive Apprentice Network) Leadership Team is excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 811 Executive Apprentice Program!

Since its inception, OCEAN has graduated 12 outstanding professionals who have gone on to make a significant impact across the One Call industry. This immersive, in-person program is designed to develop the next generation of executive leaders through intensive learning and mentorship.

Program Highlights:

  • Duration: Approximately 6 months

  • Format: All meetings are conducted in person only (no exceptions). Dates and locations are coordinated to accommodate participants’ schedules and centralized when possible.

  • Instruction: Over 240 hours of direct instruction led by industry veterans Bill Turner and Chris Stovall

  • Curriculum Includes:

    • A comprehensive course textbook and materials

    • Real-world case study exercises

    • Presentations from respected industry professionals

    • Ongoing coaching and leadership development

    • Daily breakfast and lunch provided during sessions

  • Program Cost:

    • The total participation fee is $2,500, which covers course materials, meals, outside speaker costs, and instructor travel. Please note: instructors volunteer their time in support of cultivating the next generation of leaders.

  • Travel & Additional Expenses:

    • Participants are responsible for their own travel costs

    • Group dinners are a shared expense among attendees

  • Enrollment Capacity:

    • To maintain a high-quality, engaging experience, the 2026 class will be limited to no more than 10 participants.
